It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any information available through this website meets your specific requirements. Please don't try to ride your bike through the Atlantic just because someone posted a really unique route. We can delete any messages or other material uploaded by users. This will be done for inappropriate content and content not relevent to the website.

Regarding who and what we endorse:

We don't endorse anything. Nothing at all. As you peruse biketrippin.com you may come across "links". These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).

Regarding very important things like accuracy, availability, timeliness, performance, completeness:

This is a big one. Unfortunately, though these things are extremely important (to us and our users) we can not guarantee any of them. Specifically, though the safety and availibility of content is a primary concern for use, we can not be held responsible for the availibility of any content on our site (for example, pictures, journal entries, routes). That being said, our site runs on servers that have redundant UPS systems, generator backup, and our data is backed up nightly.

Please keep your own back up of work that is important to you. And if you lose your back up, feel free to contact us and we will try to send you a copy of the content you need as soon as possible.

That being said, such an attack is unlikely due to the fact that no financial information about you is kept, and your passwords are encrypted.
