Finally, Oregon! We had heard alot about the crazy Oregon wind, and it seemed like right when we crossed the border, it was there to greet us. The second half of the day was a struggle and had us worried about how we would make it through the rest of Oregon. One good thing was the nice wide shoulder along the 101.

At least we were rewarded with a very nice RV campground in Gold Beach. We were alongside a bubbling creek and basically had the whole campground to ourselves.
