You’re probably all tired of hearing about the wind, but today was a special day. We had a tailwind! We zoomed along in record time.

After setting up camp and taking a quick nap, we went into Newport to explore. We started out at the local bike shop, Bike Newport to get some supplies. They were really nice there and even had a lounge area with wi-fi, tv, and laundry set up for touring cyclists.

Elliott at the bike shop referred us to a local restaurant, Cafe Mundo for dinner. We had great meal, drank some local beer, and listened to live music.

After dinner, we went to the grocery store where Bruno found some bigger and better “chamallows” (marshmallows).
