Today’s ride went smoothly. Happily, nothing eventful to report on the ride this time. Refugio State Beach is the best campground ever! The hiker/biker camp has an oceanfront view and the showers are nicer than the ones in a typical home. We all felt good and were even motivated for Aimee’s core exercise class! We got some looks from our neighbors but soon we’ll have abs of steel.
