Hooray!  Today was a beautiful day.  We both got in good rides.  Jean rode about 56 miles and I did about 46 miles.  We played hopscotch with the car from Newport to Reedsport.   There were some spectacular views on the road between Newport and Reedsport.  We're staying at a Motel 6 in Coos Bay.  We've decided to spend the extra $15-$20 each for a hot shower and bed.  Camping is nice but it is a bit windy and cold along the coast.  So Motel 6 trumped the campground today.   Tomorrow we're aiming for Port Orford or Gold Beach.  We'll see how it goes.
